Chef Giorgos first discovered his love for cooking in his grandmother’s kitchen, where he learned that food has the power to bring people together and create lasting memories. After training at Le Monde Culinary School in Athens, he spent years working in top restaurants across Athens and Mykonos. In 2023, he made the move from Greece to Chicago, where he continues to share his passion for Greek cuisine. His philosophy is simple: cook for everyone with the same “meraki” and enthusiasm you would put into cooking for your loved ones.
